Nutty Granola
Granola and yogurt is one of my favorite afternoon snacks, but what do I do when my stock of granola runs out? Make some of course!
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Pecans
- 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Cup plus 2 Teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/4 Cup plus 3 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Molasses
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Flax Seed
- 1/2 Cup Wheat Germ
